I did as advised but without any success. Repeated deletion also did not do the trick. Now all 4 avatars cannot be loaded, including lvl 15 which never used to have any problems.

Go away form swamp and come back again.

The later prohibit older quest. Somehow older quest cannot be complete.

Try deleting WorldOfTemasek(WOT) from http://webplayer.unity3d.com/setup/ and restart the game.
Let us know if the problem is solved.
